Event Videoprotect is simultaneously a management, monitoring, deterrent and prevention tool.

A management and monitoring tool because it helps coordinate team actions, and oversee the situation at entrances/exits to improve flows and make entry more fluid. Adherence to procedures can be monitored, equipment and spaces are checked, visitor number data is used to shape the organization of the event and stored for reference in case of disputes.

A deterrent and prevention tool because properly used it can detect intrusions, prevent damage, spot emergency situations and inappropriate behavior, and warn of over-crowding.

The Event Videoprotect offer in detail 

The solution can be offered independently or as an additional option to the Event Wi-Fi offer. It includes:

• rental of IP monitoring cameras with a range of 4 models to choose from according to use, as well as a spare camera in case of breakdown
• rental of recording and storage equipment:
  • an NVR (Network Video Recording) recorder suitable for the configuration of the venue
  • a local NAS server to store videos in digital format. Storage of and access to videos stored in the Orange cloud will comply with current legislation, for the legal storage period
• Orange Events handles design, steering and execution for the project (planning, implementation and deployment): technical reconnaissance, installation plan for administrative procedures and project management

Cabling, installation, configuring and LAN equipment to connect the solution to your security computer are all included in the offer (excluding specified cabling costs, trench work and civil engineering).
