Set up your temporary contact center with our help, with all the essential functionalities for routing and distributing calls for a major attendance event that generates several thousand in- and outgoing calls per day.

For other types of event or temporary need, requiring installation of a lighter but very functional infrastructure, we provide a virtual, cloud-hosted PABX. This is compatible with all types of smartphone and PC, and can be activated in a few hours, with a dedicated phone number for your reception and each user.

With the virtual PABX offer, the ease of deployment and user-friendliness of its management platform allow you to choose between independent or supported operation.

The telephone reception offer in detail 

Set-up for your PABX/contact center depends on a number of parameters and requires prior qualification (expected call volumes, call distribution, number of agents answering, etc.).

Our approach is therefore essentially on a “tailored” basis, with qualification by our project managers to bring you the telephone system best suited to the nature of your event.

The virtual PABX offer is configured and priced as a function of:

  • number of calls received per day (up to 10,000 calls per day)
  • number of users
  • volume of outgoing calls (so-called “exchange” and individual numbers)

Your telephone exchange has a dedicated number, an IVR system can be installed if required. Equipment rental is an option but is not essential since you can use your own smartphones or computers.

You choose the operational mode:

  • we manage the solution and train users
  • we provide support just for configuring
  • you manage the infrastructure, with our support if needed
