Event Access in brief…

Event Access is an accreditation management application controlled by the organizer to:

• Authorize service providers to enter the venue (press, security, officials, catering, technical, etc.)
• Validate accreditation requests made by service providers for their teams or vehicles
• Manage access rights assigned to each party according to areas, trades, and in general, to access rights defined in advance
• Design then print badges using various formats and types of equipment

Orange Events goes the extra mile with event accreditation

• The application is kept secure in the Orange cloud
• The application is interoperable with the majority of event access control systems in the market, in particular with Event Control, the Orange Events event access control solution
• A list can be created prohibiting access to specific individuals, which is visible only to administrators

The Event Access offer in detail

Initial parameters for the application are set by Orange according to the site security context as defined by the organizer, and address the following factors:

• Zoning
• Trade profiles
• Access rules and levels of responsibility by profile
• Company family and restriction by family
• Badge style with design module available

The offer includes a 1/2 day of training in its use, as well as integration, if also subscribed, with Event Control, Orange’s event access control solution
